Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 19, 2026

Who we are. This website, infinitereset.com (“Infinite Reset,” “we”), is the home of Sam Lee’s speaking work. For questions about this policy or your personal information, contact [email protected].

What we collect

Almost nothing. This site does not have user accounts, does not run analytics, and does not use advertising or tracking pixels. Our audit (September 2026) confirmed no Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, TikTok Pixel, or similar trackers on the site.

Specifically:

  • Booking form. The form on our booking page is currently for display only — anything you type into it is not sent to us and is not stored anywhere.
  • Newsletter. We do not currently collect email addresses through this site.
  • Consent preferences. Our consent tool (CookieYes) stores your cookie choice in a single preference cookie, “cookieyes-consent”, so your choice is remembered on return visits. It contains no personal information about you.
  • Fonts. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). When pages load, Google receives your IP address and browser information as part of that request. We do not control Google’s handling of that data; see Google’s privacy policy for details.
  • Server logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information — such as IP addresses and pages requested — for security and operations. We do not use these logs to identify you.

How we use information

Because we collect essentially no personal information through this site, there is nothing to sell, share, rent, or use for marketing. We do not sell or share personal information, as those terms are defined under California law.

Your rights — California (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect about you and why; request deletion or correction of your personal information; opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information; limit the use of sensitive personal information; not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Because this site collects no personal information from you beyond what is described above, most requests will simply confirm that we hold nothing about you. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond within 45 days as required by law.

Your rights — EU/UK (GDPR)

If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the personal data we hold about you; to receive a copy of it; to object to its processing; and to withdraw consent at any time (use the “Consent Preferences” button on any page to change your cookie choice). Our lawful basis for the consent cookie is your consent, given through the banner. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. To exercise any right, email [email protected].

Data retention

We retain no personal information collected through this site, because the site collects none. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider under its own policies.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if our data practices change, and the effective date above will reflect the latest revision.
